Operating System

The "operating system" of your computer must be Windows 95, 98 or 2000 NT.

If you are not sure of your computer's operating system:

    1. Click on the "start button".

    2. Click on "programs".

    3. Click on "accessories".

    4. Click on "system tools".

    5. Click on "system information".

     

    Random Access Memory (RAM)
    The RAM or Random Access Memory must be 32 MB (megabytes)



    Hard Drive
    You will need enough hard drive space to accommodate your course.

Modem
Modem requirement: 56K modems or Digital subscriber line (DSL) or cable modem.
If you're not sure about your modem speed:
    1. Click on Start
    2. Click on Settings
    3. Click on Control Panel
    4. Double-click on Modem.
    5. The modem speed will appear.
