How to Teach Online
Purpose: This course will provide online instructors with a basic introduction to online teaching and learning techniques and technologies.
We will explore applications of e-learning in a variety of settings; and discuss how constructivist learning theories apply in online environments.
Prerequisite: It is required that you have a basic understanding in using Angel course management system prior to taking this course
(This course does NOT teach you how to use Angel application). As a prerequisite of this course, faculty must complete the basic Angel training
(such as WAOL Faculty Training in Angel), either from WAOL or from your local college.

Centralia College ANGEL Training
Learn Angel by using Angel online. Centralia College’s training has 7 lessons and runs about three weeks. All content is presented within Angel. Learn how to set up course content, assignments, grading, discussion forums, etc. Successfully completing this course will certify you to teach in WAOL Angel.
